    I’m confused. When do I drink the whey shake, and eat the chicken/turkey and honey? If I normally climb into bed at 10pm, do I finish my dinner by 8pm (last meal 2 hrs before bed), and then around 9:45pm I drink the whey shake, and eat the chicken/turkey and honey? Or is my my “last meal” the shake, fowl, and honey?
